When the time of cruelty or tyranny end, the Athenians search for a solution to stop the other countries to regain power again and what they found as a solution was democracy. From that time on, the Greeks used democracy as a source to sustain power for their country. Leadership is the most essential power for the lives of the generations of the Greeks. First of all, democracy is a very important to the Greeks. Democracy was born in Athens in 500-400 BC. The Greeks separated their country to many city-states. So the king can’t rule so many city-states so each city-state was ruled by a rich person. Second of all, democracy was ruled by the citizen of Greece .The citizens of Greece have the right to speak about their thoughts in courts and public. The speech of the people have to be about the towns of Greece, there can’t be tribal origin, and it’s has to be a natural flowing speech. When you come up with a suggestion in the court or public, the citizens must vote for your idea to let it exist or to prohibit the idea. Finally, the king of the Greeks reduced his power to hereditary. At 1050 BC it was the long life chief magistracy, at 753 it became decennial, elected things, and at 6803 BC it became annually elected things. So the king suggested that there would be more power as a whole group working together rather than a single power. So this is how the Ancient Greeks lived fairly upon their leadership.
